This is my second Backwoods Miniatures project. I have always liked the Climax locomotives more so than its geared kin - the Shay and the Heisler. I had hoped to complete this kit before Bachmann delivered their 28 ton RTR Climax. Sometimes goals are missed. I've had to set this project aside several times unfortunately.

However, the end is in sight - Finally it's running and ready for paint!
